Challenges

Lack of Awareness & Accessibility

Unavailability of a user friendly platform
Most of the people in India don’t know from where they can pre-book ambulances, medical attendants, and more.
There are some providers, but they are not interconnected, making it a hassle for the patient and their family members to get quality healthcare on time.

Shortage of Skilled Healthcare Staff

Usually, hospitals that cater to an all-inclusive healthcare service hardly have skilled healthcare staff, as they do not get time to upskill themselves.
While small and standalone healthcare service providers, in their efforts to beat their competition, are always trying to upskill.

Costly or Unaffordable Healthcare Services

In India, hospitals have kind of monopolized healthcare services, and due to the dilapidated conditions of government hospitals, the private ones charge exorbitantly.
Insurance cover penetration has just begun, and it is yet to cover the whole of Delhi NCR.

Poor Accountability

Without varied options in the healthcare industry, the key players in India have diluted their accountability due to the apparent overburdening of hospital staff.
Some of it is genuine, as their hospitals are overburdened, while the rest is hypothetical.
